United States requires a visa to any citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter to their country either a Non-immigrant visa or Immigrant visa. Thereare easy to follow rules for US Visa applications as listed below.Non-immigrant Visa also called US visitor or US tourist visa , is required for all citizens of countries not under the Visa Waiver Program who intend to enter the U.S. temporarily for tourism, business, or study. To apply: Gather all information, pay the visa processing fee and schedule an appointment. Complete the required documents and before going to an interview make sure all documents are COMPLETELY filled out and signed and place documents in an envelope purchase only from the Thailand Post kiosk and MUST BE in order as mentioned below. 1. Passport Immigrant Visa is required to every person who plans to travel and or to establish permanent residency in the US. To apply: All NECESSARY DOCUMENTS and filled out forms like passport copy, G-325A (biographic information), I-129F petition for fiancée) birth certificate, change name certificate etc. MUST be submitted to the USCIS. If petition is approved it will be forwarded and process at National Visa Center (NVC). Lastly, once the Embassy Consular in Bangkok receives the approved petition from the NVC, an interview will be scheduled for the applicant. For I-130, NVC will send notification of the scheduled interview for the applicant, because mostly NVC will also process the Permanent Resident Card or Green Card. Note: NVC is responsible to collect any fee that is required for the visa application and documentation.
